Friends at AU,

For my 65th birthday, I had planned a big party. Instead, I got a grandson! Raphael is well worth the price, but I always hate to miss a party.

I am going to make up for it by celebrating another big day. On November 21, I will be exactly 66.6 years old! Please join me at the Libby House, 724 East Edgeware Road (on your GPS, that may be Northeast or North Edgeware) for food, games, entertainment, Karaoke, and mostly fun and friendship. We'll open the doors at 4:00 p.m. and keep going as long as we keep going.

Indivisible Day
Atheists United and the Los Angeles Brights had a great time with a rally in Ventura and an outreach event in Santa Monica to celebrate July 4 as Indivisible Day - the day that the United States was founded for all Americans, based on the concept of One Nation, Indivisible, regardless of our religious or other differences; and to celebrate the singularly unique concept of church-state separation introduced to the world by our secular republic.

LA AIDS Walk
