If you don’t know your username or password, click on the “Forgot my password” button. You’ll receive an email with password reset instructions.
If you don’t know what email address you used to create an AU account, try the “Forgot my password” form with whichever email address you might have used. If we have that email on file, you’ll get the reset email.
If you don’t see the “Log In Here” button on the checkout form, it’s likely that you are already logged in. You should see the checkout form already filled in with your billing information.
