Co-hosted by Atheists United and Smart Recovery -- We are excited to announce this series of drum circle classes taught by Master Drummer, Gerald C. Rivers in the backyard of Heretic House!

• Have fun while learning the rhythms that will allow you to play in drum circles anywhere, anytime

• Learn the correct way to play this powerful instrument

• You will be introduced to the history of the instrument and its therapeutic use

• Includes end of class DRUM CIRCLE graduation and certificate!

• Be welcomed into the drumming community! Drums will be provided.

This class is taught by Master Drummer Gerald C. Rivers who for over 20 years had lead drum circles across the US and teaches African Djembe Drumming to children and adults of all ages.

This is a social distance event. Hand sanitizer will be provided, and masks are required.

The event will be held outdoors in the backyard of Heretic House. Please come around the right side of the house to join us. Please dress according to the weather and look for cancellation notices on Meetup.com if there is a chance of rain.
