Dear Hunger Heroes,

Thank you so much for helping us fight hunger in our community during these trying times. You'll be assembling emergency food kits for individuals, families, and seniors. The work you'll provide is essential to those in need.

The volunteer project starts at 9:00 am, so please arrive 15-20 minutes prior for parking and check-in. Parking is available on site. A friendly reminder if you are sick or not feeling well please do not come in. We'll have some future dates available.

If you would like to cancel/postpone please reply CANCEL, so we can add others on the waitlist to fill in the spots. We have limited space available as we promote social distancing.

Our Volunteer Center is located at 6055 Randolph Street, Commerce, CA 90040. All volunteers must wear a mask and closed toed shoes.

Transmission rates for the Coronavirus/COVID-19 are accelerating through LA County and that is having an impact on the Food Bank. As of April 6th, 0 employees have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Following CDC's guidelines, the Food Bank has cleaned and disinfected all surrounding work areas and continues to disinfect high-touch surfaces on a regular basis. The health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and anyone who comes into our facilities is our top priority.
