Are there flush toilets, showers, and fresh water?

  • Yes! Showers are token-operated. Bring one-dollar bills if you'd like to purchase tokens.

ALLTRAILS.COM HIKE DESCRIPTION:

Experience this 2.3-mile loop trail near Studio City, California. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 11 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, horseback riding, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Wilacre Park has the Betty B. Dearing Trail and the U-Vanu Trail, creating a loop among the chaparral, oak woodlands, and coastal sage scrub. The trailhead off Laurel Canyon Boulevard has a large parking lot, restrooms, and drinking water. Bring plenty of water for you and the dog while on the route, and prepare for little shade.
